Xiangming Laser and Shanghai Metal Structure Industry Association jointly discuss new applications of laser rust removal.
On July 26, 2020, the "Seminar on the Application of Laser De-entrapment in Metal Structures" organized by Wuhan Xiangming Laser Technology Co., Ltd. was held in Shanghai, China. Many member units of the Shanghai Metal Structure Industry Association participated in the meeting and discussed with Xiangming Laser the new applications of laser cleaning in building steel structures.
This conference was organized and hosted by Mr. Wang Yongjiu, Deputy General Manager of Wuhan Xiangming Laser Technology Co., Ltd. During the conference, Mr. Wang Chunming, General Manager of Xiangming Laser, delivered a keynote speech entitled "Discussion on Laser Cleaning Technology and Applications," introducing the technical principles, current development status, and applications of laser cleaning to the attendees. He also shared Xiangming Laser's solutions and typical practical application cases for rust removal. Subsequently, Mr. Zhang Wei, Minister of the Process Department of Xiangming Laser, demonstrated the ultra-economical, ultra-portable, and environmentally friendly "Little Cyclone" laser cleaning product at the conference site, and the cleaning effect received unanimous praise from the guests.
Xiangzhi Laser Rust Removal
After listening to the keynote speech "Discussion on Laser Cleaning Technology and Applications" and watching a laser cleaning demonstration, members of the Shanghai Metal Structure Industry Association (Brief Introduction: This association is a first-level social organization in Shanghai approved by the Shanghai Municipal Bureau of Social Organizations, a non-profit non-governmental organization voluntarily formed by enterprises and related institutions engaged in metal structure design, fabrication, and installation in Shanghai) and the attending members of Xiangming Laser engaged in a lively discussion. Topics such as "How to automate welding and cleaning in steel structure manufacturing plants," "How to remove rust from irregular parts of building steel structures and clean local welds on-site," and "Compared to traditional manual + mechanical or chemical rust removal methods, how much time, manpower, and economic cost can laser cleaning save in steel structure applications" were particularly popular.
Partnering with One Laser, Never Apart
The seminar has long since concluded, but the collaboration between Xiangming Laser and members of the Shanghai Metal Structure Industry Association has only just begun. Wuhan Xiangming Laser Technology Co., Ltd. will leverage its mastery of multiple core laser cleaning technologies to solve the corrosion problem in the building steel structure industry, making green laser cleaning an indispensable part of building steel structure construction.
