01 DPM Marking for Vehicle Body

Conduct DPM code marking on core aluminum alloy body structural parts. A scanner is used to identify the quality grade of marked DPM codes, which reaches Grade 4 (the highest level). Marking area: 76×38 mm, takt time ≤70 seconds. The marked content consists of three parts: base scanning, hidden codes and visible codes.

02 VIN Marking for Vehicle Body

Most OEMs arrange VIN marking processes in general assembly workshops, with marking positions including seat cross members, floor panels, front compartments and other areas.

03 Laser Marking for Powertrain Transmission Shaft Components

Permanent laser marking is applied on the surface of transmission shaft components for full information traceability, and the marks remain readable after heat treatment.The marking area on each part is fixed and requires circumferential positioning. An independent vision workstation first completes component positioning; then a robotic arm transfers the workpiece to the laser marking station. After marking, a coaxial vision camera inspects the marking quality.The takt time per workpiece is 12 seconds, and 5 sets of such equipment are running stably in mass production at present.
