01 Laser Cleaning for Titanium Alloy Wire Arc Additive Manufacturing

Laser cleaning is applied during the wire arc additive manufacturing (WAAM) of titanium alloy. The laser cleaning head is integrated onto the existing arc welding torch. Operating under harsh working conditions with high temperature and heavy dust, the laser head imposes extremely stringent requirements on sealing, dustproofing and heat dissipation.
