01 Laser Cleaning for Overlay Welds on Evaporator Tube Sheets

It is mainly used to clean contaminants such as grease, oxide layers, rust and residues on nickel alloy tube sheet overlay welds, narrow-gap groove weld surfaces and cylinder inner wall overlay layers. It also removes oxides formed between weld passes and weld layers during welding.Integrating cleaning and welding functions to enable synchronous cleaning welding operation, the equipment greatly improves welding quality and production line cycle efficiency.
