Analysis of Xiangming Laser Degreasing Equipment and Degreasing Application Cases

Wuhan Xiangming Laser Co., Ltd. has launched a laser cleaning machine—the CL-H-1000W—specifically designed for cleaning oil stains using a pulsed laser (see Figure 1 for the complete machine). This product utilizes the thermal effect of the laser to vaporize the oil stains, ultimately achieving rapid cleaning with minimal damage to the substrate, effectively completing oil stain cleaning operations.

For thin oil stains, Xiangming Laser's CL-H series cleaning machines can effectively remove oil. For thick oil stains, the CL-H-1000W cleaning machine can achieve higher efficiency while maintaining cleaning effectiveness. This model can also achieve the cleaning effect of other low-power equipment. Therefore, the CL-H-1000W cleaning machine can basically meet most oil removal needs. Some application examples and cleaning results are as follows:

1) Using the CL-H-200W equipment to clean thin oil stains on steel components, the oil stains are completely removed, revealing a bright white substrate.

2) Using a CL-H-200W machine to clean the gear anti-rust oil, the oil stains on the gear surface were completely removed after cleaning, while ensuring the cleaning area was dry and clean.

3) Using a CL-H-1000W cleaning machine to hand-clean the gears (diameter D500mm) with thick oil stains, the oil stains were completely removed after laser cleaning. The laser effectively cleaned the oil stains in the gaps at the bottom of the gears, areas difficult to clean manually. The hand-cleaning efficiency was 6 minutes per piece.
