Our customized laser marking equipment mainly consists of a laser cabinet, a PC cabinet, and a laser marking terminal. The laser cabinet contains a laser and an electrical control system, the PC cabinet contains an operating screen and an industrial control computer, the computer contains database software and host computer software, and has functions such as automatic marking of marking information sent via bus and database deduplication. The laser marking terminal contains high-precision optical components.

4. Equipment Advantages1) Separate DesignThe marking and control are separated, allowing for completely contactless operation, ensuring safety and reliability.
2) Fast and AccurateAutomatic integration ensures clearer marking; 19 characters at a depth of 0.2mm can be marked in just 15 seconds.
3) Simultaneous Marking and SuctionA dust suction interface is provided, along with a high-negative-pressure back-blowing system to prevent lens contamination and maintain marking quality during prolonged operation.
4) Easy Integration into AutomationMultiple interfaces are provided for easy integration into automation, meeting the high-speed and precise marking and engraving requirements of production lines.
5) Host Database System
- The database can record annual production data; it includes a historical data deduplication function.
- The database binds marking results and process parameters to the workpiece DPM code, which can be read by the main line via PLC data.
5. Application ExamplesThis coding equipment has been delivered and is currently in use at the customer's site, enabling batch coding of battery casing components and assisting new energy vehicle companies in their production. Below are some images showing the coding results on-site.
