一. Competition Objectives:
1. To improve the operational capabilities of various technical positions in the company's product equipment, learn and become familiar with product equipment operation, improve product cleaning effects, and promote individual technical skill enhancement.
2. To improve the overall technical level through the skills competition, promote teamwork and communication, and discover and cultivate core team talent.
3. To establish a professional image for the company's technical positions, promote technological innovation, and produce high-quality products that can withstand market scrutiny.
二. Scope of Participation:
All employees of Xiangming Laser, including those in process engineering, assembly line, sales, and marketing departments, are eligible to participate. Other employees may voluntarily register. This skills competition is divided into professional and amateur groups. Participants will compete in product equipment operation within their respective groups. The group with the highest cleaning effect score wins.
三. Competition Rules:
In the preliminary round, participants will randomly select two cleaning machines (300W/500W/3000W) to clean aluminum alloy oxide/oil/rust samples. The top ten with the best cleaning results will advance to the final round.
In the final round, participants will need to complete weld seam cleaning, equipment troubleshooting, and handheld laser welding. Each finalist must troubleshoot the equipment they operate and set the appropriate parameters. The participant with the most accurate troubleshooting and the best cleaning effect in the final round will be the champion of this skills competition.
