Technology drives development, innovation leads the future Xiangming Laser launches new automatic focusing technology leading a new trend in the laser cleaning industry

1. Overview of Automatic Focusing Technology
Automatic focusing technology, developed by Xiangming Laser, is specifically designed for cleaning workpieces with uneven surfaces or those difficult to place horizontally. Using a high-precision laser rangefinder sensor, the height of the workpiece surface is measured in real time. The controller then adjusts the height of the laser cleaning head in real time to ensure that the focus remains constant during cleaning.

2. Automatic Focusing Principle
The laser rangefinder sensor detects the height of the surface to be cleaned and transmits the measurement data to the PLC controller. The PLC stores and calculates the height step value, converts it into a vertical height compensation value, and simultaneously controls the servo drive system to operate the servo motor, achieving vertical height compensation and automatic focus adjustment.
