Application Areas
Automated Pulsed Laser Cleaning Machine is mainly used for cleaning various pollutants such as localized rust, paint, coatings, oil stains, natural/artificial oxide films, etc. on metal surfaces, including layered cleaning of paint, precise area selection cleaning of protective coatings, non-destructive cleaning of molds, etc. It can also be used for cleaning before bonding, interlayer cleaning in additive manufacturing, and cleaning of non-metallic surfaces.
Typical application scenarios include manual cleaning of the oxide film before welding the storage tank ring of a launch vehicle, cleaning of the oxide film before and after MIG welding of the aluminum alloy body floor of a rail crossing, cleaning of the black and gray oxide after welding, cleaning of the side panel of the galvanized sheet top cover of an automobile before brazing, cleaning of the KTL coating on the power battery top cover, and cleaning and repairing of the insulator failure layers.
