One-key fully automatic cleaning. Automatically identifies wheelset type and dimensions, calls the corresponding laser cleaning path, and automatically selects different laser process parameters.

Effectively avoids damage to non-cleaning areas (such as gearboxes, couplings, shafts, etc.). Cleaning time: 8–20 minutes for a single axle, and 15–38 minutes for a single wheelset (axle + wheel disc).

Enclosed working space and synchronized fume extraction & purification system effectively prevent the escape of fumes, paint dust, rust dust, etc., avoiding contamination of the working environment and adverse health effects on operators.
